After an introduction at the meeting point, participants will begin pedaling around Bari city center. Guided through the historic center's narrow streets, highlights include the Basilica di San Nicola and Bari Cathedral. A stop will be made to view the Castello Svevo, a 12th-century castle.

The bicycle tour will also cover the seafront promenade, an ideal location for biking, and includes a stop at a local gelateria to taste delicious ice cream before concluding the two-hour tour at the beach.
