Meet us next to the Teatro Petruzzelli in Bari. We will board a minibus and travel southeast to the picturesque town of Cisternino, enjoying the Italian coastline during our 1-hour ride.

Upon arrival at the olive oil mill in Cisternino, a rural construction dating back to the 16th century, we will learn about the production of Italian olive oil.

During the tour, we will discuss the health benefits of olive oil and observe the mill used to crush olives as we follow the oil-making process. Our knowledgeable guide will provide additional insights.

No tour is complete without an olive oil tasting! After sampling the oil, we will take a short tour through Cisternino, known for its charming white houses and enchanting alleyways.

Before returning to Bari, we will try the traditional bombette pugliesi, a typical dish from the Apulia region made of pork. This flavorful dish will leave a lasting impression.

After 5 hours of sightseeing, we will return to Bari and part ways at the meeting point.
