Olive Oil Mill Tour
Meet us next to the Teatro Petruzzelli in Bari, and board our minibus to head southeast to the town of Cisternino, enjoying the coastline during a 1-hour ride.
Upon arrival at the olive oil mill in Cisternino, a 16th-century rural construction, we will learn how Italian olive oil is made. Our guide will explain the health benefits of olive oil as we explore the grounds and view the mill used for crushing olives.
Before departing, participate in an olive oil tasting. Following this, we will take a short tour through Cisternino, known for its traditional architecture and charming streets.
Our final stop will be to sample bombette pugliesi, a local pork dish, before returning to Bari after 5 hours of sightseeing, concluding back at the meeting point.
