Meet us at Teatro Petruzzelli for the adventure as we depart from Bari to Matera. After a 1-hour car ride, we will arrive at Matera, recognized as a UNESCO World Heritage Site and increasingly popular as a tourist destination. You will enjoy panoramic views from one of the city’s lookout points.

Next, we will visit the workshop of Amaro Lucano and the "Matera in Miniature" exhibition, providing insights into the history of this town in the Basilicata region. We will then explore a cave house, a main attraction in Matera that exemplifies the city’s cave-like structure.

To conclude the tour, we will visit the fruit and vegetable market, where you can sample the renowned truffles and experience local cuisine. Following this, you will have free time to explore Matera and have lunch at a local restaurant.

After approximately 6 hours, we will return to Bari and drop you off at the meeting point.
