Feel like an authentic Italian chef learning to make traditional pasta in Bari! A local expert will teach you how to cook orecchiette and sample it afterwards.
Description
At the time of your choice, we'll meet in the center of Bari. From there, we will explore the Apulian city’s historic center, discovering buildings like the castle, Bari Cathedral, and the Basilica di San Nicola while navigating narrow streets.
We will arrive at the home of Signora Maria, a local pasta-making expert, who will host our cooking class. The masterclass will start with a lesson on how to shape the dough for the famous orecchiette.
After shaping the pasta, we will watch Signora Maria cook it, and once it is al dente, we will enjoy a plate of orecchiette with fresh tomato sauce in the traditional style.
The pasta experience and meal will last for 2.5 hours.
