Day Trip to Cerro Cathedral

We'll leave San Carlos de Bariloche at the indicated time and head towards Villa Cathedral. During the approximately 40-minute journey, the guide will explain the activities available in this area of Argentina. You'll have four hours of free time to explore Villa Cathedral, located at the foot of Cerro Cathedral, which stands at 7670 feet (2338 meters) above sea level.

Cerro Cathedral, within Nahuel Huapi National Park, is the greatest ski centre in the southern hemisphere. You may take the chair lift (ticket not included) to the mountain top for views of the surrounding peaks and Lake Gutiérrez, as well as Cerro Tronador and the Chilean Puntiagudo Volcano. You can engage in skiing, snowboarding, hiking, and mountain biking in this area.

After the free time, we'll meet in Villa Catedral to return to San Carlos de Bariloche, arriving 4 hours later.

Hotel Pickup

This activity includes a pickup service from hotels in the centre of Bariloche. If your accommodation is outside this area, you must make your own way to the meeting point at the scheduled time.

Cerro Cathedral Chairlift

The Cerro Catedral chairlift ride is optional, with the entrance fee not included in the day trip price. Note that the chairlift may not always be operational due to weather conditions or other circumstances.
