Rafting on the Villegas River

Explore the natural beauty of the Argentinian Patagonia by rafting on the Villegas River and experience the thrill of white waters!

Description

At the scheduled time, pickup will be at your hotel in Bariloche, followed by a drive to Villegas via Route 40 south.

During the drive, enjoy scenic views of Gutierrez, Mascardi, and Guillelmo lakes. Upon arrival, we will begin at the confluence of the Manso and Villegas rivers, where you will receive safety instructions and equipment.

After the briefing, we will start the rafting descent through class II and III rapids for approximately 5 kilometres (3.1 miles), providing an exhilarating experience.

After the rafting, we will take a break at the Puerto Manso campsite for a snack.

The entire activity will last around 4 hours before returning to the starting point.

This tour includes pickup from hotels in central Bariloche within an 8-kilometre (4.9 miles) radius from Avenida Bustillo. For locations outside this area, we will arrange a meeting point.
