Barletta Private Tour
We will meet at the booked time in Piazza Castello, located in the historic centre of Barletta. The tour will begin outside the castle on the shores of the Adriatic Sea, dating back to the 12th century, where its important defensive role will be discussed.
Next, we will walk through the beautiful port and visit the Barletta Cathedral, a significant monument in the city.
Our next stop will be at the Cantina della Disfida, an ancient tavern where we will learn about the Challenge of Barletta.
We will then proceed along the Porta Marina and pass by the Palazzo della Marra, the Basilica of the Holy Sepulchre, the Colossus of Barletta statue, and more.
The private tour lasts for an hour and a half, concluding at the Colossus of Barletta statue.
