We will pick you up from your hotel in Barranquilla at 5:30 am and head to the western part of the Ciénaga Grande de Santa Marta.

During our visit to this area around Ciénaga, we will explore the mouth of the Sevilla River and observe the exotic birds found in the Magdalena region, including the largest community of cormorants in Colombia.

You may also spot the endangered Northern screamer, a crucial species for maintaining the ecosystem of the Ciénaga Grande de Santa Marta. In addition to wildlife, you will experience the unique mangrove landscape and the natural beauty of the river estuary.

After enjoying a traditional meal, we will return to Barranquilla, arriving back at your hotel by 3:30 pm.
