Santa Marta Excursion

We'll pick you up at your hotel in Barranquilla at 8 am and head east by minibus to Santa Marta, one of the oldest cities in the Americas. After about two hours of driving, we'll go on a panoramic tour to explore its historic and colorful streets. During the tour, we'll enter the famous hacienda, Quinta de San Pedro Alejandrino, and admire the “El Pibe” Valderrama Monument. Afterward, we'll stop at the Taganga viewpoint to take in views of the port of Santa Marta and its bay. Then, we'll tour the old town while discussing its history and customs. At the end of the tour, we'll return to the minibus and head back to your hotel in Barranquilla, arriving at 3 pm.

At the time of booking, you can choose the option that includes lunch. In this case, we'll pick you up at your hotel at 6 am. After visiting the historic center of Santa Marta, we'll enjoy a typical meal at a local restaurant, including cojinoa fish, coconut rice, patacones, and salad.
