Normandy Landings Motorcycle + Sidecar Tour
June 6th, 1944, also known as D-Day, marks the day of the Normandy Landings. Starting from Bayeux, we will embark on a comprehensive tour via motorcycle and sidecar to explore key historical sites.
Our experienced guide will drive the motorcycle, allowing for one passenger behind the guide and another in the sidecar. We will begin our journey with helmets equipped, stopping first at Arromanches to view part of Port Mulberry and related artificial ports. Next, we will visit Longues-sur-Mer, known for its former defense arsenal.
After this, we will continue to Port-en-Basin and then proceed to Omaha Beach, a key landing site on D-Day. Following this, we will visit the American Cemetery of Normandy to honor those who lost their lives in the war. Our last stop will be at Point du Hoc cliff.
We will then return to Bayeux, concluding our tour approximately 3.5 hours after departure.
