Bayonne Segway Tour

The tour begins at the chosen time in Bayonne's Place des Basques, where riders will be instructed on the Inmotion R1ex segways. Once everyone is comfortable, the tour will proceed through the historic center of this French-Basque city.

The tour starts in the Château-Vieux district, where participants will observe the walls and towers of the ancient medieval castle, designed to appear as an impregnable fortress. Insights into Vauban, the prominent 17th-century French military engineer who enhanced the structure, will be provided.

Next, riders will admire the façade of Bayonne Cathedral, a notable example of French Gothic architecture. This monument holds significant historical and cultural importance; as part of the French route of the Way of St. James, it has been designated a World Heritage Site since 1998.

The tour continues along the banks of the River Nive, leading to the Bayonne Town Hall esplanade, where the integration with the Ardour riverbed can be observed.

After a 2-hour tour of Bayonne, participants will return to the starting point to conclude the experience.
