This completely private tour includes a car, driver, and English-speaking guide from Beijing Capital Airport until drop-off. Depending on the duration of your layover, we will follow one of the itineraries below. As this is a private tour, the itinerary can be modified based on your available time and preferences.

During the booking process, you can select one of the following itineraries:

5-hour Beijing Tour

In this tour, we'll have 5 hours to visit key locations such as Tiananmen Square, a central point in Beijing. We'll also explore the Forbidden City, the largest imperial residence in China known for its rich history.

6-Hour Great Wall Tour

This itinerary allows us 6 hours to explore the Great Wall of China in the Mutianyu area, a popular choice among travelers looking to experience one of the Seven Modern Wonders of the World.

9-Hour Complete Tour

With this option, we'll have a total of 9 hours to visit the Great Wall of China and the Forbidden City, the largest palace complex in the world and a symbol of Chinese imperial history.

Important Info

Keep in mind that the total roundtrip takes approximately 1.5 hours, so we need to return to Beijing Capital Airport 2.5 hours before your flight departure. This means that the time needed for the tour will be 4 hours less than your layover. For example, a 5-hour tour is optimal for a 9-hour layover.

This tour is exclusively available to and from Beijing Capital International Airport (PEK). Please note that the tour cannot be arranged if you arrive at Beijing-Daxing International Airport (PKK) due to transfer times.

Monument Schedule

While the tour can be customized, our itineraries focus on visiting the main monuments around Beijing. The following are the schedules for these locations:

The Forbidden City: High season 8:30 am - 4:30 pm; Low season 8:30 am - 3:30 pm. If your flight arrives after 12 pm, you won't be able to visit. The Forbidden City is closed on Mondays; if you arrive on this day, we will visit other monuments in Beijing. Please note that availability for access to the Forbidden City is limited, especially on busy dates. Booking at least 7 days in advance is recommended.The Great Wall of China: 8 am - 5:30 pm. If your flight arrives after 2 pm, you won't be able to visit.
