Beijing & Shanghai Tour Package: 7 Days

Day 1: Beijing

Upon arrival at Beijing airport, a representative will greet you and take you to your hotel for a three-night stay. The rest of the day is free.

Day 2: Beijing

After breakfast, we visit Tiananmen Square and the Forbidden City, home to Chinese emperors until 1911. Lunch will be at a traditional local restaurant. We will then explore the Hutong streets and visit Jingshan Park and a Chinese Tea House. The day concludes at 5:30 pm.

Day 3: The Great Wall of China - Beijing

Pick-up from the hotel is at 8:00 am, heading to the Great Wall at the Mutianyu area via cable car. Lunch is at a local restaurant at 12:30 pm. On the return, we will stop by the National Stadium, the National Aquatics Centre, and the Pearl Museum, ending the day at 5:30 pm.

Day 4: Beijing - Shanghai

After breakfast, you will travel to Beijing train station for a high-speed train to Shanghai, taking about five and a half hours. A guide will meet you at the station in Shanghai, and the rest of the day is free.

Day 5: Shanghai

Meeting time is at 9:00 am. We will visit Shanghai's historic center, Yu Garden, and enjoy lunch at a local restaurant. At 1:30 pm, we will proceed to Shanghai's Old Street, visit the Silk Museum, walk the Bund, climb the Oriental Pearl Tower, and explore the Shanghai History Museum, concluding around 5:30 pm.

Day 6: Shanghai

After breakfast, we visit Zhujiajiao Water Town, with free time to explore or take a boat tour. Lunch is at a local restaurant, followed by returning to the hotel in Shanghai.

Day 7: Shanghai

The day is free for exploration. Depending on your flight departure time, we will arrange transportation to the airport, marking the end of the tour.

Important Info

You need a flight arriving in Beijing and departing from Shanghai seven days later. During the train journey from Beijing to Shanghai, there will be no guide, but assistance will be available upon arrival in Shanghai.

Tour Meals

Four lunch meals are included during the tour, except on the first, fourth, and last days. Breakfast is provided each day for the six-night stay.

The package includes six nights of accommodation in a double room. Pricing is per person. Options include a 3-star hotel or a 5-star hotel based on availability.
