China Tour Package: 12 Days

Day 1: Beijing

After arriving at Beijing airport, a guide will take you to your hotel for a 3-night stay. You'll have the rest of the day free.

Day 2: Beijing

Explore the city's historic centre and visit landmarks including Tiananmen Square and the Forbidden City. Lunch at a local restaurant around 12:30 pm. Continue to Hutongs and Jingshan Park. Return to the hotel by 5:30 pm.

Day 3: The Great Wall of China - Beijing

Visit the Great Wall of China at Mutianyu and take a cable car for an aerial view. Lunch at a local restaurant at 12:30 pm. Visit locations from the 2008 Olympic Games and the Jade Museum. Back to the hotel by 5:30 pm.

Day 4: Beijing - Xi'an

Visit the Temple of Heaven in the morning. At around 12:30 pm, travel to the railway station for a bullet train to Xi'an (5-hour journey). Meet your guide upon arrival and check into your hotel.

Day 5: Terracotta Warriors - Xi'an

Visit the Terracotta Warriors at the Qin Shi Huang Mausoleum. Lunch at 12:30 pm, followed by visits to the Bell Tower and the Muslim Quarter.

Day 6: Xi'an

Tour Xi'an's historic centre, including the City Wall and the Small Wild Goose Pagoda. Lunch at a local restaurant and attend a Chinese shadow show.

Day 7: Xi'an - Guilin

Travel from Xi'an to Guilin via high-speed train (10-hour journey). Arrive and check into your hotel.

Day 8: Li River to Guilin

Enjoy a 4-hour boat cruise on the Li River to Yangshuo. Lunch on board and visit West Street before returning to Guilin for a stop at the Pearl Museum.

Day 9: Guilin - Shanghai

Visit Colina de la Trompa del Elefante and the Gruta de la Flauta de Caña. Afternoon lunch at a local restaurant. Travel to Shanghai by high-speed train (1,500 km) and spend the night.

Day 10: Shanghai

Arrive in Shanghai after a 20-hour journey and check into your hotel. Rest of the day free.

Day 11: Shanghai

Tour Shanghai's landmarks starting at 9:00 am, visiting the Shikumen area and Yu Garden. Lunch around 12:30 pm, followed by visits to Shanghai Old Street and the Silk Museum. Stroll along the Bund and visit the Shanghai History Museum. Return to the hotel by 5:30 pm.

Day 12: Shanghai

After breakfast, transfer to Shanghai airport, with pickup time depending on your flight schedule.

Important Info

This tour requires a flight arriving in Beijing and a flight departing from Shanghai. Ensure arrival on the booked day and departure twelve days later. Note that guides will not accompany you on train journeys.

5 lunch meals are included, excluding the first, fourth, seventh, tenth, and last days. Accommodation includes breakfast daily.
