China Tour Package: 12 Days

Day 1: Beijing

Upon arrival at Beijing airport, a guide will greet you and escort you to your hotel for a three-night stay. You will have the rest of the day free.

Day 2: Beijing

After breakfast, explore Beijing's historic centre. Visit Tiananmen Square and the Forbidden City. At 12:30 pm, enjoy traditional Pekingese cuisine at a local restaurant. The tour continues to Hutongs and Jingshan Park, then ends at the Chinese Tea House. Return to the hotel by 5:30 pm.

Day 3: The Great Wall of China - Beijing

Visit the Great Wall at Mutianyu after breakfast, using a cable car for aerial views. Lunch is scheduled at 12:30 pm, followed by visits to the National Stadium and the National Aquatics Centre. Return to the hotel by 5:30 pm.

Day 4: Beijing - Xi'an

After breakfast, visit the Temple of Heaven. At 12:30 pm, proceed to railway station for a bullet train to Xi'an (5 hours). A guide will meet you upon arrival for hotel check-in; the rest of the day is free.

Day 5: Terracotta Warriors - Xi'an

After breakfast, visit the Terracotta Warriors at Qin Shi Huang Mausoleum. Lunch will be at 12:30 pm, followed by a stop at the Bell Tower and the Muslim quarter. Afternoon visits include North Square of the Giant Wild Goose Pagoda.

Day 6: Xi'an

Tour Xi'an’s historic centre after breakfast, starting with the City Wall. Lunch is at a local restaurant, followed by a visit to the Gao Courtyard and the lively Muslim Quarter. Return to the hotel by 5:30 pm.

Day 7: Xi'an - Guilin

Travel from Xi'an to Guilin; a guide will meet you at the train station after your high-speed train journey of about 10 hours. After check-in at the hotel, the rest of the day is free.

Day 8: Li River to Guilin

Post-breakfast, depart for Guilin port for a 4-hour boat cruise along the Li River to Yangshuo. Have lunch on board, then visit West Street. Return to Guilin, stopping at the Pearl Museum, back to hotel by 5:30 pm.

Day 10: Shanghai

Arrive in Shanghai after a 20-hour train journey. A guide will meet you for hotel check-in and the rest of the day is free.

Day 11: Shanghai

At 9:00 am, start your tour of Shanghai's landmarks, including Shikumen, Yu Garden, and Shanghai Old Street. Lunch is at 12:30 pm. Explore the Bund and the Shanghai History Museum. Return to the hotel by 5:30 pm.

Day 12: Shanghai

After breakfast, depart for Shanghai airport. Pickup time varies based on your flight.

Important Info

Participants must arrive in Beijing and depart from Shanghai with tickets for the specified dates. During train journeys, a guide is not present, but someone will greet you at each station.

Tour Meals

Five lunch meals are included, excluding the first, fourth, seventh, tenth, and last days. Breakfast is provided daily; evening meals are at your leisure.
