Activity Details

After meeting at Luo Che Hu Tong, participants will receive a brief introduction and be assigned electric bicycles or scooters, along with guidelines for use and helmets. The tour begins with immersion into the daily life and culture of Beijing, navigating its narrow streets that have defined the city for centuries. Stories of local inhabitants and historical secrets will be shared as we pass traditional houses.

The tour includes a visit to the historic Drum and Bell Towers, built in 1272, where we will learn about their role in marking the daily rhythm of the city before modern timekeeping methods emerged.

Participants will observe classic scenes from the city, including old men playing Chinese chess, lively shops, and children at play. Several stops will be made for pictures, and there will be opportunities to sample local cuisine at nearby cafes.

The tour lasts approximately 3 hours.
