Description

After picking you up from your hotel’s lobby at the indicated time, we will visit the Drum Tower, which was used to announce the time in Beijing during the 3rd century.

Next, we will explore the hutongs, the oldest alleys in the city, where you can observe locals living a traditional lifestyle. We will ride a rickshaw to discover these streets.

Continuing our exploration, we will visit the Yonghe Temple, the most significant Tibetan Buddhist temple outside of Tibet.

In the Guomao district, known for its skyscrapers, we will have lunch and experience the city's modern contrasts.

Following lunch, we will visit the Olympic Village to see the notable stadiums from the 2008 Olympic Games, including the Bird's Nest and the Water Cube.

The tour will also include a stop at China's National Centre for the Performing Arts, famously known as "The Egg." This modern building sparked debate for its design.

At the end of the tour, we will visit Wangfujing, Beijing's prominent shopping street. While we recommend exploring this area further, we can return you to your hotel, approximately 8 hours after pickup.
