Tour Details
After picking you up in the lobby of your hotel in Beijing, we'll embark on a tour that will take us to visit the most important places in the city.
Our first stop will be the Temple of Heaven, one of the largest sacred spaces in China, once used by the emperor to give thanks for harvests.
The second stop will be the Forbidden City, the largest and best conserved imperial residence in China. This site was home to 24 Chinese emperors for over 500 years. We will explore the historically significant parts of the palace complex.
After lunch, we'll visit the Summer Palace, used as the imperial garden by various dynasties to escape the summer heat of the Forbidden City.
We'll conclude this 8-hour tour by dropping you off at your hotel.
