Private Tour of Longqing Gorge & Ming Tombs

Tour Details

This private tour begins with hotel pickup in Beijing by minibus. Following a 2-hour drive, we will arrive at Longqing Gorge, known as the Little Three Gorges or Mini Li River. After experiencing the rugged landscapes, we will visit Longqing Lake for a 2-hour scenic boat cruise, where you can see high hills, the dragon-shaped staircase, and the cable car cabins.

Next, a local restaurant will provide a Chinese lunch. The tour continues to the Ming Tombs, where we will explore this underground palace and learn about its construction and the emperors buried there. The tombs reflect the belief of the Ming dynasty that the deceased require luxury and comfort.

After the tour, we will return to Beijing and drop you off at your hotel, completing the experience 8 hours after the initial pickup.
