Join us on a private tour from Beijing to explore the Simatai section of the Great Wall of China and the Gubei Water City.

Tour Highlights

Your journey begins with a pickup from your hotel in Beijing. We will drive north for about two hours to Gubeikou, a historic village known as the Water City of Gubei.

Upon arrival, you will have about an hour to explore the streets of Gubei, which offers scenic views of the Simatai section of the Great Wall. You can enjoy a boat ride along the canals to see the town's architecture. A buffet-style lunch will be available at a local restaurant.

After lunch, we will ascend to the Great Wall of China via cable car. The Simatai section is recognized for its preservation and provides panoramic views. You will have two hours to walk along the wall while enjoying the scenery and a breathtaking sunset.

We will then descend from the Great Wall and return to our transportation for the journey back to Beijing. You can expect to arrive at your hotel about 12 to 14 hours after pickup, concluding the tour.
