8-Day Tour of Lebanon

On this 8-day tour of Lebanon, we'll visit prominent cities including Tripoli, Sidon, and Harissa, staying in Beirut.

Description

Day 1: Beirut

Upon arrival at the airport in Beirut, transportation will take you to the hotel.

Day 2: Tyre - Sidon

After breakfast, we'll tour southern Lebanon, starting with the ruins of Tyre. Later, we'll visit Sidon to explore its castle, old town, and souk, returning to the hotel in Beirut for the night.

Day 3: Byblos - Tripoli

Following breakfast, we will visit Byblos to see the Phonecian walls, Roman theatre, and Crusader Castle. In the evening, we'll head to Tripoli for a tour of its citadel, temples, and souks before returning to Beirut.

Day 4: Anjar - Baalbeck

After breakfast, we'll visit Anjar for its Umayyad ruins, and then proceed to Baalbeck to explore its Roman temples. We'll conclude with a visit to a Ksara Winery for a wine tasting, then return to Beirut for dinner and rest.

Day 5: Deir Kamal - Beit Ed Dine

Post-breakfast, we'll travel to the Chouf Region to visit Deir Kamal and its historical sites. Next, visit Beit Ed Dine's 19th-century palace, followed by an exploration of Beirut and its National Museum in the evening.

Day 6: Harissa - Jeita

Day six includes a visit to Harissa and a cable car ride for views of Junieh Bay. We'll then explore the Jeita Grotto, consisting of interconnected caves, before returning to Beirut for dinner.

Day 7: Beirut

On day seven, enjoy free time to explore Beirut or participate in chosen activities.

Day 8: Beirut

After breakfast, transportation will be provided to Beirut Airport at the scheduled time.
