Are you currently in Beirut? Embark on an exciting day trip to Byblos, one of the world's oldest cities, and tour the Ixsir and Chateau Musar wineries.

Tour Details

At the designated time, we'll pick you up from your hotel in Beirut for a captivating day trip to Byblos. Prepare to explore Lebanon's history and taste exquisite wines.

Welcome to Byblos, the oldest continuously inhabited city in the world, where a guided tour will take place. We'll explore its streets, ancient souks, and churches, soaking in this historic gem.

The city features a Bronze Age wall, a necropolis, and remnants from the Roman and medieval eras. Highlights include the Byblos Castle, built in the 12th century by Crusader knights and a UNESCO World Heritage Site.

After Byblos, we'll visit the Chateau Musar winery, Lebanon's first wine producer to achieve organic certification in 2006. We'll tour the winery's facilities and learn about vinicultural processes.

Next, we will head to the Ixsir winery, which means elixir in Arabic. Here, we will discover the essence of Lebanese wines and the significance of local vineyards.

As our day trip concludes, we'll return to Beirut after a fulfilling 7-hour exploration.
