Escape the hustle and bustle of Beirut and join us for a journey to the Qadisha Valley and the Cedars of God Forest, one of Lebanon's notable natural areas.
Tour Highlights
Pickup will occur at your hotel in Beirut at the scheduled time for the tour of the Qadisha Valley and the Cedars of God Forest. Prepare for a day focused on nature and history.
The adventure begins in the Qadisha Valley, known as the Holy Valley, designated a World Heritage Site in 1998. The valley's steep slopes and towering peaks have served as a refuge for monks and hermits throughout history. Explore the caves and grottoes that once housed various monasteries.
Next is the Cedars of God Forest, a major attraction in Lebanon. Discover its rich history while enjoying the fresh air and observing the majestic cedars, some of which are thousands of years old.
The tour continues to Bisharri, the birthplace of the renowned artist Khalil Gibran. A visit to the Gibran Museum in the forest of Saint Sarkis will highlight his life and work, blending culture, nature, and history, including ancient monasteries and a nearby Phoenician tomb.
Following this cultural immersion, we will stop for lunch in the area, providing a chance to sample authentic Lebanese cuisine.
After 7 to 8 hours, we will return to your hotel in Beirut.
