Beirut Private Tour Itinerary

Your tour begins when your guide picks you up from your hotel in Beirut around 9 am. The first stop is Centre Ville, Beirut's Central District, where you'll visit Martyrs' Square and the Blue Mosque, also known as Mohammad Al-Amin Mosque, which exemplifies typical Ottoman architecture despite its opening in 2008.

Explore the significant Christian influence in Beirut, marked by the Maronite Cathedral of Saint George, inspired by the Basilica di Santa Maria Maggiore. Continue your tour to Nejme Square, the ancient Roman Baths, the Garden of Forgiveness, and the Hamidiyi Clocktower, with your guide explaining their importance.

If you choose, visit the National Museum of Beirut, showcasing archaeological artefacts from Prehistory to the Ottoman Empire, including the famous gilded bronze Votive statuettes from Byblos, dating back to the 19th or 18th century BCE.

Lastly, explore Deir al-Qamar, featuring historic sites like the Moussa Castle and Beiteddine Palace. The tour concludes by returning to Beirut at 5 pm.
