Bélesta Vineyards Hiking Activity

At 9 am, we'll meet you at the Domaine Riberach winery and set off on our hiking route in Bélesta. During our hike, we'll stroll through local vineyards and discover which grape varieties grow on the vines, as well as the centuries-old vines in the Ariège department of the Occitanie region, representing the labour of winegrowers.

As we walk through the vineyards, we'll learn about the history behind them and the different stages of wine production, techniques passed down through generations, enabling the continuous production of unique and high-quality wines.

We'll finish our tour by returning to Domaine Riberach for a visit to the winery and a tasting of various wines. During the tasting, we'll learn to differentiate between the different aromas and tones of the wines. Our wine tasting experience will conclude between 11:30 am and 12 noon.
