Bélesta Vineyards Hiking Activity
At 9 am, we'll meet you at the Domaine Riberach winery and set off on our hiking route in Bélesta.
During our hike, we'll stroll through local vineyards and discover grape varieties. You'll see how the slopes in the Ariège department host centuries-old vines, reflecting the work of numerous winegrowers.
As we walk through the vineyards, we'll learn about their history and discuss the different stages of wine production. Each stage follows a specific technique passed down through generations, allowing winegrowers to achieve a unique product.
We'll finish our tour by returning to Domaine Riberach for a winery visit and wine tasting. During this session, we'll learn to differentiate between the various aromas and tones of the wines.
Our wine tasting experience will conclude between 11:30 am and 12 noon.
