On this culinary tour of Belfast, we will taste the typical recipes and drinks of Northern Ireland's capital city.
Belfast Food Tour
We will meet at Donegall Square in front of the City Hall. The food tour begins here.
Our first stop will be a café for hot chocolate and cannoli, accompanied by a chocolate liqueur. We will learn about the techniques used in making the dishes.
Next, we will visit a local eatery to try soda bread with sausages. Afterwards, we will go to a fishmonger for oysters and smoked salmon.
We will then proceed to a cheese shop to taste various cheeses and learn about the cheese culture of Belfast. We will visit a typical pub to try Irish stew paired with a craft beer.
In the final portion of our tour, we will toast with two varieties of Irish whiskey and conclude with an Irish coffee.
The tour lasts three and a half hours and concludes on Hill Street.
