Join us on our tour of Giant's Causeway and experience Northern Ireland's most iconic geological formations.
Giant's Causeway Tour
We will meet at 31 Chichester Street at the scheduled time for our day trip to Giant's Causeway. The first stop will be Dunluce Castle, where we will have a brief 10-minute stop for photos of the cliffside medieval castle ruins.
Next, we will visit Giant's Causeway, allowing 1 hour 30 minutes of free time to explore this UNESCO World Heritage Site. The area features approximately 40,000 interlocking basalt columns, formed 50 to 60 million years ago by volcanic activity. Legend states that these formations are remnants of a causeway built by the giant Finn McCool.
After Giant's Causeway, we will proceed to the Dark Hedges, where we will spend about 20 minutes. This site, known for its beech tree-lined avenue, is famous as a filming location for Game of Thrones.
We will then return to Belfast, concluding the tour after approximately 6.5 hours.
Finishing point
The tour will end at the same meeting point in Belfast. Alternatively, you can opt to be dropped off in Dublin for an additional cash fee, which must be communicated to your local tour provider via email as indicated on your booking voucher.
