If you're visiting Belgrade and you're not sure where to start, this free tour is the best way to discover the Serbian capital. We'll visit its main attractions, such as the Fortress, St. Michael's Cathedral, and Republic Square.

Description

Welcome to the capital of Serbia! Meet us at Republic Square at the indicated time to join our free tour of Belgrade.

We will unveil the secrets hidden in this square, where we'll see the façade of the Theatre and the National Museum of Serbia, and learn about the Prince Mihailo Monument, one of Belgrade's emblems.

Next, we'll explore the bohemian quarter of Skadarlija, known for its taverns and national gastronomy. Following this, we will visit the Museum of the Serbian Language, located in the oldest residential house in the city.

We will also see the Bajrakli Mosque, which houses the tomb of Sheikh Mustafa, and discuss the impacts of Turkish rule in Belgrade. Our tour will take us to Kalemegdan Park to view the Pobednik Column, another symbol of the city.

We will explore the Belgrade Fortress, located at the confluence of the Sava and Danube rivers, and learn about its historical significance. Finally, we will visit St. Michael's Cathedral and stroll along Knez Mihailo Street.

After a 2 to 3-hour tour, we will conclude the activity in the Students' Park.
