Description
Welcome to the capital of Serbia. Meet us at Republic Square at the indicated time to join our free tour of Belgrade. We will explore the square, viewing the façade of the Theatre and the National Museum of Serbia, and learn about the Prince Mihailo Monument.
Next, we will visit the bohemian quarter of Skadarlija to experience national gastronomy. The tour will continue to the Museum of the Serbian Language, in the oldest residential house in the city. Nearby, we will see the Bajrakli Mosque, which contains the tomb of Sheikh Mustafa, and learn about the Turkish rule in Belgrade. We'll then head to Kalemegdan Park to see the Pobednik Column.
We will explore the Belgrade Fortress, located at the confluence of the Sava and Danube rivers, and conclude by visiting St. Michael's Cathedral and strolling along Knez Mihailo Street.
After a 2 to 3-hour tour, we will end at the Students' Park.
