Description

We'll meet at the indicated time at the Prince Mihailo Monument in Belgrade's Republic Square for a free tour of Zemun, one of the oldest areas of Serbia's capital.

Our tour begins in the modern area of Glavna Street, and then we will proceed to Glopodska to view its historic buildings.

During the walk, we will pass by the Opera House, Madlenianum theatre, and the neighborhood market as we ascend Gardos Hill, where we will visit Millennium Tower. We will learn about the significance of this building.

After enjoying the panoramic view from the hilltop, we will head to the center to see the facade of Nikolajevska Church. We will discuss Zemun's history from the 3rd century BC to the present.

After 3 hours, we will conclude our free tour of Zemun at the Danube Quay. We look forward to seeing you next time!
