Next, we head to the Palácio da Liberdade, which was the official residence of the state governors of Minas Gerais, while sharing a legend about a curse associated with the palace.

We will delve deeper into the customs and traditions of the miners by visiting the former Ministry of Finance, now the Memorial of Minas Gerais or Vale Museum, offering insights through interactive exhibits and audio-visual materials from the 18th century onward.

The itinerary includes the Gerdau Museum of Mines and Metals, where we will learn about the importance of metals, iron, and steel in the region's history and explore precious stones found in Minas Gerais. We will also stop at the State Public Library, a notable structure designed by Oscar Niemeyer.

Additionally, a visit to the historic Ministry of Transport building, now home to the Cemig Museum, can be arranged.
