Castellón de la Plana Day Trip
At 9:25 am we'll meet outside the Benicassim Tourist Office to start the tour. We'll board the minibus for a 15-minute journey to Castellón de la Plana.
We'll arrive at the Grao de Castellón to see the fishing port and learn about the seafaring traditions of the area while walking around the marina.
Next, we'll visit the Museum of Fine Arts, known for its architectural style and exhibitions of sculptures, Valencian ceramics, and paintings from Zurbarán's workshop.
Afterwards, we'll tour the historic centre of Castellón de la Plana, exploring the Mercado de los Lunes market, the co-cathedral of Santa María la Mayor, El Fadrí bell tower, the theatre, the Central Market, and more.
We'll conclude the tour at 1:30 pm upon returning to Benicassim.
