Join us on our Villafamés Day Trip and discover a beautiful village in the Valencian province of Castellón. We'll depart from Benicassim and head to this picturesque spot in the Sierra de les Conteses mountain range.

Villafamés Day Trip from Benicassim

At the indicated time, we'll meet outside the Benicassim Tourist Office. After introductions, we'll take a minibus to Villafamés. The journey will take approximately 30 minutes.

Upon arrival at Villafamés, designated as an Asset of Cultural Interest, we will begin our walking tour through the old town with a guide, who will provide insights about the village.

During the tour, we will see the façade of the Assumption Church, discuss the village's history, and visit the castle to view its walls. We will also explain the strategic importance of the castle's location.

Next, we will visit Grossa Rock, a natural monument symbolizing Villafamés, and uncover some of its historical mysteries and legends.

The final stop will be the Batlle Palace, a 15th-century building that houses the Villafamés Museum of Contemporary Art. We will explore its exhibition rooms showcasing 20th-century artistic trends.

We will conclude the trip by returning to Benicassim, arriving 4 hours and 15 minutes after departure.
