Dolç de Mendoza 2014 - A “Premium” sweet wine made with Monastrell. Aged for 36 months in barrel, paired with delicious Valor Chocolates.

Pair your tasting session with Barranco Tagarina extra virgin olive oil, goats cheese toast, a selection of cured Spanish sausage cuts, and a cheeseboard with a selection of Cerrón Quesos (semi-cured sheep and goats cheeses and a 24-month cured Manchego).
