Bento Gonçalves Cheese & Wine Tour

We'll pick you up from your hotel in Bento Gonçalves at the appointed time and start this tour of the most important wine estates in Serra Gaúcha. During the visit to the wineries, we'll learn about modern technologies used in their facilities to obtain wine on a large scale, as well as traditional methods used by smaller estates with limited production.

First, we'll take a one-hour visit to Aurora Winery, the largest wine-producing cooperative in Brazil. Later, we'll visit Michele Carraro and Barcarola wineries for a 40-minute visit to each. Afterward, we'll go to Valbrenta cheese factory, where the staff will explain how their delicious cheese is made.

After learning about these two key components of the region's cuisine, we'll return you to your hotel four hours after the start of the tour.
