Bento Gonçalves Cheese & Wine Tour

We'll pick you up from your hotel in Bento Gonçalves at the appointed time and start this tour of the most important wine estates in Serra Gaúcha.

During the visit to the wineries, we'll learn about the modern technologies used in their facilities for large-scale wine production and the traditional methods employed by smaller estates.

First, we'll take a one-hour visit to the Aurora Winery, the largest wine-producing cooperative in Brazil, comprised of several family-run businesses.

Later, we'll visit the Michele Carraro and Barcarola wineries for 40-minute visits at each location. Following this, we'll head to the Valbrenta cheese factory, where staff will explain the cheese-making process.

After exploring these key aspects of the region's cuisine, we'll return you to your hotel four hours after the tour begins.
