Bento Gonçalves Cheese & Wine Tour

We'll pick you up from your hotel in Bento Gonçalves at the appointed time for a tour of the most important wine estates in Serra Gaúcha. During the visit to the wineries, we will learn about the modern technologies used for large-scale wine production, as well as the traditional methods employed by smaller estates.

First, a one-hour visit to the Aurora Winery will introduce us to the largest wine-producing cooperative in Brazil. Following this, we will visit the Michele Carraro and Barcarola wineries for 40 minutes each. Subsequently, we will head to the Valbrenta cheese factory to learn about their cheese-making process.

After exploring these important aspects of the region's cuisine, we will return you to your hotel four hours after the start of the tour.
