On this guided tour of Bento Gonçalves, we will explore the history of Italian immigration to the wine capital of Brazil.

We will meet at 9 am at Rua Duque de Caxias to begin our tour. A significant part of the city's history is linked to Italian immigration.

Our first stop will be the Pipa Pórtico, the city's gateway, notable for its barrel shape, reflecting the region's wine heritage.

Next, we will visit the Immigrant Museum to learn about the 19th-century Italian immigrants through various historical objects and a life-size bronze monument dedicated to them.

We will then proceed to the Malhas G'Dom textile factory, a key player in local trade, where time will be available for shopping. Afterward, we will explore Via do Vinho, a central street featuring the oldest buildings in Bento Gonçalves and the famous Wine Fountain.

The tour will conclude at 1 pm at the original meeting point.
