At 8:30 am, hotel pickup in Bento Gonçalves will begin the tour, focusing on the culture and traditions of Italian emigrants along the historic Caminho de Pedra. This area acts as an open-air museum, preserving the history and traditions of Italian immigrants. The first stop will be at Casa do Tomate, where we will learn about tomato-based products essential to Italian cuisine.

Next, we will visit Casa das Massas e do Artesanato, a handmade pasta factory producing tortellini, capelettis, and biscuits. We will then explore the impact of Italians on the Brazilian textile industry at Casa de Tecelagem and Malhas G'Dom shops. The tour will continue with a visit to wineries including Michele Carraro, Salvatti, and Aurora, where a wine tasting will be offered.

At midday, an Italian lunch featuring dishes like pasta, risotto, chicken, or polenta will be served. We will conclude the tour with a return to your hotel at 4:30 pm.
