At 9 am, we will meet at Rua Duque de Caxias in Bento Gonçalves to begin the tour. We will uncover the reason behind the name of this route.

This route serves as an outdoor museum, sharing the story of Italian immigration in Brazil. We will learn significant facts regarding the merging of Italian culture with local customs, particularly in cattle raising and vineyard cultivation.

Our first stop will be the Parque da Ovelha, where we will learn about sheep care. Next, we will visit Cantina Strapazzon, established in the late 19th century, and explore the region's winemaking tradition. This location has also been featured in several films, including the 1995 Brazilian movie O Quatrilho.

We will end the tour at Casa Bertarello, a stone house that once provided lodging for the first immigrants in the area.

After concluding our excursion, we will return by bus to Bento Gonçalves, arriving at approximately 1 pm.
