Description

At the scheduled time, we'll collect you from your hotel in Bento Gonçalves and begin this craft beer tour of Serra Gáucha.

During the day, we'll visit 2 breweries that produce their own drinks and see their facilities. The master brewers will explain the production process of different beers, each appealing to various palates.

We'll also take part in a tasting, accompanied by a range of products paired with the beers.

Additionally, we'll enjoy a full lunch at the Blauth Bier Brewery, which includes:

A starter of small potatoes filled with cream and bacon.A main course option: grilled veal with potato gnocchi and parmesan sauce or schnitzel with potato purée and bacon farofa.A brownie with ice cream and dark chocolate ganache for dessert.

After lunch, we'll return to the hotels, concluding the tour after approximately 8 hours.
