At the appointed time, we'll meet at Rua Duque de Caxias in Bento Gonçalves to enter the Vale dos Vinhedos, where we'll go on a tour suitable for wine lovers.

This valley comprises three towns: Bento Gonçalves, Monte Belo do Sul and Garibaldi. It has an important historical, cultural and gastronomic legacy from the Italian settlers who arrived in the Serras Gaúchas at the end of the 19th century.

The oenological tradition of the valley has been passed on through generations and has developed into a modern industry using new technologies. This makes the Vale dos Vinhedos a hub for wine enthusiasts.

We'll visit Cave do Sol and Torcello wine estates, exploring their vineyards and learning about their production methods, including tastings of their products.

We'll then visit the Devorata Trufas Artesanais shop, with over 30 years of experience in handmade sweets, and stop at Empório La Vigna, a market for regional products.

After four hours of activity, we'll return to the starting point.
