In this activity we'll visit a wine estate, take part in the grape harvest, taste their wines and have a delicious typical Italian lunch, not to be missed!

Visit to a Wine Estate with Lunch

At 9 am we'll meet at Bento Gonçalves train station, where the bus will be waiting for us to take us to a family-run wine estate in the region.

Upon arrival, we will observe the grape harvest process and participate in various phases. We will begin by picking grapes and, to energize ourselves, we will enjoy a typical Italian aperitif, the 'merendim,' accompanied by traditional melodies sung by local women.

After the break, we will tread the grapes using the ancient method of extracting juice with our feet.

To reward our efforts, a lunch featuring typical Italian dishes will be served. Following lunch, we will indulge in a tasting of wines, champagne, and chocolates, along with a tour of the estate's facilities.

The tour will conclude with our return to the starting point at 4 pm.
