Cooking Class With an Albanian Family

Description

At the scheduled time, we'll meet at Rruga Mihal Komnena to begin the cooking class with an Albanian family. After introductions, we will head to a traditional house in Berat to start this unique experience.

Upon arrival, the family will welcome us into the kitchen, where we'll learn to prepare typical dishes of the region. This will include tave kosi, a lamb casserole with yogurt sauce, and fërgesë, a dish made with peppers, tomatoes, and cheese.

As we cook, we'll enjoy a glass of wine and raki to complement our preparations. The highlight comes at the end of the class.

We will gather around a table to savor the dishes we've prepared and engage in conversation with the family, learning more about their culture. Remember to save room for dessert.
