At the scheduled time, we'll meet at Rruga Mihal Komnena to commence this cooking class with an Albanian family. After introductions, we will proceed to a traditional house in Berat to begin our experience.

Upon arrival, the family will guide us to the kitchen, where we will learn to prepare typical dishes of the region. Dishes include tave kosi, a lamb casserole with yogurt sauce, and fërgesë, with peppers, tomatoes, and cheese.

While preparing these Albanian recipes, we will enjoy a glass of wine and raki, complementing our culinary efforts. The experience culminates with a meal where we will savor the dishes we've prepared. We will also converse with the family to gain deeper cultural insights. Save room for dessert.
