Description
At the scheduled time, we will meet at the National Theatre to begin this guided tour of Bergen.
First, we will proceed to Torgallmeningen Central Square, the city's main street and shopping center, where we will see various shops.
Next, we will visit the Fish Market to admire the Nordic architecture characteristic of the region with its colorful houses.
We will then explore the Bryggen area, a World Heritage-listed site known for its historic significance as the headquarters of the Hanseatic League.
Additionally, we will tour the Bergenhus Fortress, a well-preserved castle and former royal residence, and St. Mary's Church, the oldest building in Bergen, featuring a golden altarpiece.
Finally, we will return to the Fish Market to conclude our tour after 2 hours together.
