Description

At the scheduled time, we'll meet at the National Theatre to begin this guided tour of Bergen. The first stop will be Torgallmeningen Central Square, the city's main street and shopping hub with various shops.

Next, we'll visit the Fish Market, admiring the Nordic architecture, characterized by houses painted in diverse colors.

We will proceed to the Bryggen neighborhood, a World Heritage site recognized for its historic significance and once the headquarters for the Hanseatic League.

The tour will also include a visit to the Bergenhus Fortress, noted as one of Norway's best-preserved castles and a former royal residence, followed by St. Mary's Church, the oldest building in Bergen, which features a significant golden altarpiece.

Finally, after approximately 2 hours, we will return to the Fish Market to conclude the tour.
