The trip to Bondhusvatnet is easy and suitable for everyone.

This historic road was originally built in 1863 to transport ice from the Bondhus glacier to the fjord for export.

The walk is 2.3 km each way, follows a wide gravel road the entire time, and has a gentle incline, making it suitable for most people. We allow 2 hours for the walk and time at the lake, so you can enjoy the scenery at a relaxed pace

At Bondhusvatnet you can enjoy a quiet moment by the water's edge, surrounded by magnificent rock formations and the sparkling glacier in the background.

Along the way we will visit Rosendal, and we will also go on 2 fjord trips. Sail through the spectacular fjord landscape, known for its steep mountains, fertile valleys and idyllic small villages.

This is a perfect way to experience the unique nature and culture of Hardanger.o trip is complete without a delicious lunch.
