Tour Details
We'll meet at Strandkaien 16 to start the tour, revealing the best of the fjords in one day. The journey will take us through narrow valleys, emerald waters, and steep hillsides, exploring a World Heritage Site.
We'll begin by traveling to Vossevangen and then drive by bus to Gudvangen, located at the end of the Nærøy fjord. Here, we’ll explore the Viking heritage village of Njardarheimr with a 30-minute guided tour discussing the Viking Age in Norway.
Next is the cruise: a 2-hour boat ride on the Nærøyfjorden, where we’ll sail through towering mountains, waterfalls, and quaint villages. The scenery is protected by UNESCO.
Upon docking in Flåm, you'll have 30 to 55 minutes of free time, depending on the season, to have lunch and explore, including the Railway Museum and harbor area. Following this, we'll board the Flåm train for a 50-minute scenic ride, with a brief stop at Kjosfossen waterfall.
Our journey finalizes at Myrdal Station, where we will take a train back to Bergen, completing the 10-and-a-half-hour excursion at the Bergen railroad station.
