Berlin Hop-On Hop-Off Bus & Boat Trip

The Berlin hop-on hop-off bus has two different routes that'll take you around the most iconic places in Germany's capital. Line 1 crosses the city from east to west and passes by spots such as Alexanderplatz, Brandenburg Gate, Berlin TV Tower, and Museum Island. Line 2 showcases locations such as the East Side Gallery and the historic Berlin Wall. Both routes feature an English-speaking audioguide.

Schedule and Frequency

Red route: from 10 am - 4 pm, every 20 - 30 minutesBlue route: from 10:15 am - 4:15 pm, every 60 minutes

Boat Trip

Your ticket for the Berlin Big Bus sightseeing bus also includes a boat trip on the Spree River lasting 1 hour, starting at stop 2 on line 1 (Museum Island). This tour operates only between March and November with departure times at 11:15 am, 12:45 pm, 2:15 pm, 3:45 pm, and 5:15 pm (the last is available from March 29th to November 3rd).

How does it work?

Your ticket is valid for 24 or 48 hours allowing unlimited hops on and off the buses. Although you'll select a start date for booking, tickets are valid for 3 years from purchase. You will receive a voucher via email to present on your first bus. The boat ride can only be enjoyed once.
