Berlin Automobile History & Culture Tour

We’ll meet at the entrance of Espresso House at Potsdamer Platz 10, near the site where the first automobile patent was issued and under Europe’s first traffic lights.

We will explore the origins of the automobile, its rise in prominence, and learn how Potsdamer Platz became Germany's busiest intersection in the 1920s. We will discuss the development of a famous car by the Nazis, and at the Berlin Wall, we'll explore the most popular car in Communist Germany.

Next, we will move to an exhibition hall showcasing the most advanced cars, offering a glimpse into future automobile technology.

We will visit another exhibition that illustrates how China challenges major German car manufacturers, providing opportunities to ride in China's best cars.

Finally, we will tour an old workshop, home to classic cars from the early 20th century to present day. An expert will lead us through this collection of rare automobiles.

After 3 hours of exploring Berlin’s automotive history and culture, we’ll conclude the tour at Beusselstraße S-Bahn Station.
