Berlin Guided Tour
At the indicated time, we'll meet at the meeting point in Berlin's Government District to start a guided tour of Berlin’s main arteries, squares, and significant sites. We will begin by visiting several monuments connected to World War II.
Among the places visited are the expansive Memorial to the Murdered Jews of Europe and the Führerbunker, formerly Adolf Hitler's bunker. After passing by the old Reich Air Ministry, we'll stop at a remaining section of the Berlin Wall and pass by Checkpoint Charlie, the city’s most famous border crossing during the Cold War.
The tour will take us to the historical market square of Gendarmenmarkt, where we'll see the exteriors of its twin churches, before heading to Bebelplatz, the site of the Nazi book burning in 1933.
To conclude the tour, we'll visit the Museum Island area, where we will admire the Neo-Baroque style façade of the Berlin Cathedral, built between the late 19th century and the early 20th century. After 3.5 hours of sightseeing, the tour will end.
