Gather at the designated point in the Government District of Berlin, an iconic area that will serve as our starting point for the guided exploration of Berlin's
Sites we will explore include the vast Memorial to the Murdered Jews of Europe and the Führerbunker, which once served as Adolf Hitler's hideout and is a poignant reminder of a troubling chapter in history.
After observing the Reich Air Ministry, we will pause at one of the few remaining stretches of the Berlin Wall and glide past the renowned Checkpoint Charlie, the most notable border crossing during the Cold War era.
The tour continues to Gendarmenmarkt, the historic marketplace, where we will admire the exterior of its twin churches before proceeding to Bebelplatz, site of the notorious Nazi book burning in 1933.
To wrap up our Berlin exploration, we'll visit the Museum Island, where the magnificent Neo-Baroque façade of the Berlin Cathedral can be admired, a structure erected from the late 19th to early 20th century. After 3.5 hours of enriching sightseeing, the tour will conclude.
