Description

The Berlin Big Bus tourist bus features two routes:

Red Line: 17 stops through central Berlin, a 2-hour journey starting from Ku'Damm, stopping at Museum Island, the Brandenburg Gate, and the Reichstag.Blue Line: 4 stops in eastern Berlin, a 40-minute ride with stops at Alexanderplatz and East Side Gallery.

Big Bus ticket types

Available ticket options include:

24-hour ticket: Unlimited rides on both routes for 24 hours.48-hour ticket: Unlimited rides for 48 hours, a tasting of German Currywurst sausage, and a 1.5-hour guided walking tour.

The Currywurst is available daily at Curry Wolf locations at Rankestrasse 36 and Unter den Linden. The walking tour runs daily at 2 pm, starting at Brandenburg Gate and ending at Checkpoint Charlie.

Schedules and frequencies

Red route: 10 am to 4 pm, every 20-30 minutes.Blue route: 10:15 am to 4:15 pm, every 60 minutes.

Boat Trip

Choose a ticket option that includes a boat trip on the Spree River lasting 1 hour, starting at stop 2 (Museum Island). This guided tour operates from March to November, with departure times at 11:15 am, 12:45 pm, 2:15 pm, 3:45 pm, and 5:15 pm (latter only from March 29 to November 3).

How does the Berlin sightseeing bus work?

The ticket is valid for 24 or 48 consecutive hours, allowing unlimited use of the buses. The start date requested at booking can be used at any time within 6 months of the chosen date.
