Boat Ride Details
At the designated time, we will meet at the Pier Alte Börse, where you will board a boat to sail on the Spree River. The journey begins as we head toward the eastern area of the city, showcasing landmarks such as the Berlin Cathedral, the Humboldt Forum, and the Marstall concert hall. After reaching the Mühlendamm thoroughfare, the route will take us back west, sailing through Berlin's oldest district, Nikolaiviertel.
The Mühlendamm has two lock chambers that enhance navigation along the river and is a significant attraction, shedding light on the city's industrial past. An audio guide in English will provide insights into the history of the monuments you will encounter.
As we progress, you will also see notable sites, including the Berlin TV Tower, Museum Island, and the Reichstag Building. This experience will last 1 hour, concluding back at the departing pier.
