Sumidero Canyon & Cristo de Chiapas Viewpoints + Zoomat Tour

After picking you up from your hotel in Tuxtla Gutierrez at 9 am, we'll head to the famous Sumidero Canyon. Upon arrival, we'll embark on a route around the viewpoints of this ecological reserve, including El Roblar, La Coyota, La Atalaya, Tepehuaje, La Ceiba, and Los Chiapa. From the heights, we'll see the Grijalva River and spot native plant and wildlife species such as ceibas, ocotes, pines, and oaks. Look out for spider monkeys among the branches.

After exploring the Sumidero Canyon National Park, we'll proceed to the Miguel Álvarez del Toro Zoo or Zoomat, where we will see aviaries with exotic birds, serpentariums, vivariums, and a nocturnal exhibit featuring bats and armadillos.

You will have an hour of free time for lunch before we visit Cristo de Chiapas, a large cross monument symbolizing Chiapas. This site offers magnificent views of Tuxtla Gutiérrez.

Finally, we'll return to the city and drop you off at your hotel around 6 pm.
