Chiapas & Yucatan 6 Day Tour Package to Cancun

Day 1: Tuxtla Gutiérrez - Sumidero Canyon - San Cristóbal

Upon arrival at Tuxtla Gutierrez Airport, transfer to the Sumidero Canyon for a 2-hour boat cruise on the Grijalva River. Observe the wildlife and enjoy a local lunch before heading to San Cristóbal de las Casas for overnight accommodation.

Day 2: San Cristóbal de las Casas

Visit the indigenous villages of San Juan Chamula and Zinacantan after breakfast. Explore the local market and the Church of San Juan Chamula, followed by a family cooperative visit to see waist-weaving. Enjoy lunch in San Cristóbal and the rest of the day free.

Day 3: San Cristóbal - Agua Azul Waterfalls - Palenque

Depart for Palenque, stopping at Agua Azul waterfalls for a refreshing swim. Lunch at a local restaurant included.

Day 4: Palenque - Yaxchilán - Palenque

Travel to Corozal, followed by a shuttle to the archaeological site of Yaxchilán. Discover Maya history and temples. Return for lunch in Palenque.

Day 5: Palenque - Campeche

Visit the Palenque archaeological site with a guided tour of its major structures. Later, enjoy lunch in Campeche and explore its historic centre.

Day 6: Campeche - Izamal - Mérida

After breakfast, explore the Izamal archaeological site, then head to Mérida for lunch and a tour of key landmarks.

Day 7: Mérida - Chichen Itza - Cancun or Riviera Maya

Visit Chichen Itza, learning about its history and architecture. Lunch provided before drop-off at Cancun or Riviera Maya.

What Does the Tour Include?

This tour package includes five nights' accommodation, five breakfasts (1 box breakfast), and one lunch. Transfers to/from Tuxtla Gutiérrez Airport, transport, an English-speaking guide, and all entrance fees are included. Flights must arrive at Tuxtla Gutiérrez before 1 PM and depart Cancun after 6:30 PM.
